Après: 2013 LIFE IN BANGKOK (1) Deseo Sukhumvit

是不是很厲害！？哈哈！！

Is it awesome? Haha!!

通常我會先寫(0)再寫(1)，但順序亂調的原因是因為我看這邊雜草叢生，實在應該要更新，但我好懶啊～～～～呼喊！哈哈哈哈。話說以前年紀輕時總是一把火上來就速速交出好多篇，現在還真的沒啥動力。不過有部分也是希望可以好好寫啦(結果就都沒動筆)

Usually I start at (0) first, then (1), but not this time. Simply because that I think I should write something new... but I'm so lazy...haha!! I remember when I was younger, I used to write a lot in a short time, but now, the motivation is almost gone... but part of me wanna compose every essay seriously ( so end up nothing).

這次要介紹的是Deseo Sukhumvit，我在曼谷住了三個月左右的半服務式公寓。它的位置相當精華，在bts nana station 2號出口出來的soi 7 (7巷)深處。話說去年聖誕節假期(假裝什麼美國人啊)蘇美島之旅過後，跨年在Column Bangkok住了三天，又轉到Citadines Soi11住了三天，驚覺就算我是打算來這療傷，但這樣花下去真的也不太好，所以我就決定要快點找到下一個棲身之處，不要太爛，但也不要太貴這樣。

In this article I will introduce Deseo Sukhumvit, it's a half-serviced apartment I lived around 3 months in Bangkok. The geographic location is nice, it's on the end of the alley 7 ( "soi" is "alley" in Thai ). And alley 7 is right on the EXIT 2 of bts nana station.
After 2 weeks spending on Koh Samui for Christmas vacation, I spent 3 days on Column Bangkok, 3 days onCitadines Soi11, then I suddenly feel, I know this trip is about "healing fr the inside", but it still costed tooooo much if I stayed at those kind of hotels still. So I decided to find a good bargain for the rest of my journey.

我打開了Thaiapartment.com,或者其他類似的網站，開始我的大搜索。但因為我行李爆多，所以不想離Soi11太遠，於是就鎖定了 Nana、Asok站附近。且要短租(低於半年)。結果就被我搜到了這間。
因為似乎還沒完全完工，上面寫說，使把秀價格可以親洽。反正就是隔壁條街(但不要小看曼谷小巷，好多都沒互通的)，所以就走過去看看。

I openedThaiapartment.com or some websites like that, started my search. I have heavy luggage, so I don't want to left soi 11 too far, I narrow my scope to bts Nana &Asok nearby. Plus, I can't rent over 6 months, so it can't be long-leasing. Then I found it out.
The page as I remembered, said that this one didn't finish yet, so "please contact for special price". I walk fr Soi11, it's next to Soi7, in the google map. (But actually it's not that simple to get. some lanes don't access to each other)

曼谷有很多這種類型的公寓，一樓是停車場。老實說我很愛這種，比那種科技摩天大公寓還喜歡。

In Bangkok u can find lots of this type of apartments. They have so-called "G(round) Floor" for parking. I love it! More than skyscraper kind.

接待處位在2F，要請1F警衛用逼逼卡逼一下才能進去。

The reception is on 2 Floor, and there's security here at the entry on 1F.

還未裝潢完成。所以健身房、泳池都還不能用。(而且工程是比預期的還要慢幾個月)

Not done. So I would not use the fitness room and swimming pool. ( The construction is slower than expectation for months according to the website)

但是價錢也因此比較優惠。而且房間真的很nice！我住最便宜的房型，再高級僅僅一層次，就整個還兩個房間(客廳，一臥房)，我本來是殺紅了眼要住，但看到窗外的view是隔壁那間中東人愛住的旅館的牆壁，不像這面的是三菱曼谷總裁他家大宅的庭院，不死心地問說上面幾樓是否有兩個房間那種房型靠這邊有這種view，結果沒有...
所以我就決定是這間了(當時也只有低樓層開放)。

But the price is lower because the construction. And the room is so nice!! I rent the cheapest kind of suit. One level up, I can have 2 room in one! (one living room + one bedroom) I wanted to rent this big size suit, but when I see the view outside the window...it's just NO VIEW AT ALL. it's the wall of the hotel next to this apartment. But the view of the cheapest suit in second floor... totally amazing! It's the yard of the president of MITSUBISHI MOTORS THAILAND. And I asked for the higher floor for the possibilities of the big suit plus this view. But the answer is no. So I rent this suit. ( They just open the lower floors for safety back then. But the structure of the building is done. I mean, no 2 room in 1 kind of suit for this view of side.)

我很愛這個房間。他的設計很現代感，而且一切都很俱全。

I love this room soooooo much! It was designed fashionable, and I had what I wanted inside this room all.

水電是分開計的。而且曼谷超熱，123月我都開冷氣。(因為外面30幾度啊forever)

巷子前頭是跟Soi 11比較像。Soi11整條根本都不夜城，事實上晚上睡覺好吵！這邊就不一樣了。過了巷子中段，就超安靜的。當然也比較暗啦。晚上我是都很警覺的。

再隔一條巷，Soi5，後半段是會讓人害怕的那種。不是很安靜喔，反正就會讓人害怕。

我滿喜歡這裡的。這個公寓算是比較新的建案。巷子前頭有比較舊的，別有一種風情。

接下來介紹一下1F的咖啡店和後來建好的健身房吧(我走時3/27左右，游泳池才剛要蓋好，但也很小啦)

The water and electric will charge additionally. Bangkok is very hot! I turned on the air-condition everyday ( cuz it's over 30 Celsius in Jan, Feb, March...)

The beginning of the Soi 7 is like Soi 11, really noisy, 24 hours, it's hard to get to sleep at night... but pass the mid of Soi 7, it's so quiet and dark. I was always on the alert at night ( but nothing happened !!).

The next alley, Soi5, it's scared at the end of the alley. I don't know how to describe. it's not dark or sth, it's just scared.

I like this neighborhood pretty much. This building is new. There are some older apartments nearby. It's different kind of favor.

Now I will introduce u the Cafe on its ground floor and the following fitness room. (When I finally checked out, it's around 3/27, the swimming pool was almost done)
