I just realized few days ago that Rishikesh is the very place that Beatles took their girlfriends with them to study for meditation, yoga, etc.

I read this article before, and fascinated by the romance affairs between those people when they went to Rishikesh. Back then I never though I will actually go to this place in the future!

You know, George Harrison, one of the members of Beatles, had a beatiful, muse kind of wife Pattie Boyd who is chased by Harrison's long-term friend, Eric Clapton, a.k.a" Lord of Guitar". But after the trip to Rishikesh, Harrison even felt free about knowing that his best friend Eric had some "affairs" with his beloved wife, Pattie. He was always a serious Indian culture and mysticism admirer, and after the trip to Rishikesh, all he cared is music & Hinduism.

I will not claim that I'm a Beatles fan. But Beatles is legendary indeed.
Not only for their songs, but also for their life.

Can't wait to go to Rishikesh! Maybe I will become a Hinduism also...(smile)

好像去年初吧...因為在計程車上赫然聽到高中英文老師燒給我的英文老歌CD其中某一首歌，發現是Eric Clapton的大作之後開始狂看這人的文章，然後發現了他的女神Boyd(為了搶這女人還寫了有名的Layla),然後發現居然又跟Beatles扯上關係...

重點是，最近我默默感覺到生命在無形之間有偷偷的一些小連結。
因為去年我也不知道我即將會去(應該會啦！)的Rishikesh就是1968年 Beatles攜著女眷去那邊學習瑜珈的聖地。

而且本來就有點玄味的George Harrison還因此一頭栽入Hinduism，在知道老婆跟吉他之神暗通款曲之時完全no care的拱手將女神直接讓給好友...

去年我因為那首在計程車上的歌而讀了非常多的文章，這篇也是其中之一，對這一切混亂的故事(有興趣可以看這篇網誌，因為非常詳盡)感到相當神往。

沒想到前陣子Lonely Planet隨便翻翻，想說同伴的visa可能出問題我得自己去了，乾脆找個地方做個瑜珈算啦，才輸入google，就發現一篇明報2008年的副刊，才發現原來就是我去年初讀到的那個披頭四去做瑜珈，結果大家都暗通款曲也因此激發出一大堆歌曲的地方啊.....
